How to install Gnome 3 on Ubuntu:

This is less glitchy and much smoother than Unity!
To install them:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gnome-shell
sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool *optional*
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gnome-shell
sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool *optional*
